We need

• a new icon for login/register.

• replace logout button with an icon.

• a profile picture for every user. ( in both edit profile and show profile page )

Add a drop down menu on the Logout icon which would have two labels:

1. Go to edit profile section
2. Logout

There are some disturbing UI bugs, introduced after 23d5fc4.

Steps to reproduce :

• Before logging in every thing seems fine. We have a window like
  

• However after changing tabs notice that the input field tends to stick to the bottom of every page. Also notice the url. It ends with chats.html.
  
  So now reloading will drop me to the chat window which is obviously undesired. Also notice the title of the page. It is HTML Frames for some reason :P .

• Same scenario when I move to the Home tab.
  

• And even in the profile tab.
  

Also the url of the project seems to have changed to localhost:port_num/disforum . Please revert that back to localhost:port_num/DiFo.

The Users page should currently display all registered users.

We should display most recent questions ( grouped via questions tags ).

We can also display most rated users/threads in our discussion.

Logout button should appear only when someone is logged in.

I guess since we are enforcing our users to accept to our Terms, we should keep a page clearly explaining what they are.

This page should follow the Questions page.

The visitor should not be able to move to the Chat page or the Profile page when not logged in.

Put the header code in a separate html and include it wherever necessary. The code is redundant over various files.

Once a user logs in they are directed to the chat page. However there are no way to move to any other page from it. We need to add the navigation bar to the chat page to resolve this.
