Hi,
you can use the filter acf_to_wp_rest_api_{type}_data

The wildcard {type} can be: post | user | term | comment | attachment | options

How to use:

add_filter( 'acf_to_wp_rest_api_post_data', function( $data ) {
    if ( isset( $data['type'] ) && 'my_custom_post_type' == $data['type'] && isset( $data['acf'] ) ) {
        if ( isset( $data['acf']['my_field_name'] ) && is_array( $data['acf']['my_field_name'] ) && ! empty( $data['acf']['my_field_name'] ) ) {
            foreach ( $data['acf']['my_field_name'] as &$item ) {
                $item['acf_attachment'] = get_fields( $item['id'] );
            }
        }
    }
    return $data;
}, 10, 3 );

you should add this snippet in your functions.php.

according to the image above:
my_custom_post_type = image
my_field_name = point_1930_gallery
