While building the image I get the error:

E: Repository 'http://security.debian.org/debian-security buster/updates InRelease' changed its 'Suite' value from 'stable' to 'oldstable'

I could fix this locally by adding --allow-releaseinfo-change to apt-get update.

I could make a PR but I currently don't have the privileges to push to the repo. Or you can simply fix this on https://github.com/airbusgeo/playground-to-up42/blob/master/up42/templates/Dockerfiles/debian.Dockerfile
