As of version 5.6, all Bibles will need a book list in their respective language.

We need a simple, easy way to add them to the software.

These will need to be added BOTH to the API and the UI language translation file.

Eventually, administrators should be able to add book lists themselves. (But this isn't being added in this issue).

Add ability to import Bibles in SWORD module format to the API Bible manager page.

Tests are failing

We need to add Bibles and Bible book lists for these languages:

• Lithuanian (from eBible, replace existing copyrighted translation)
• Bengali **
• Urdu *
• Marathi
• Telugu
• Burmese **
• Pashto **
• Nepali **
• Khmer **
• Hebrew (Modern)
• Somali **
• -Dzongkah- (not supported by Google, omit)
