Fix : Featured portfolio links

The links in featured portfolio section are not working and not named properly . I want to fix this.

Image has to be of specific size.

For adding a new contact the image should be of a specific size which could be troublesome for someone. Rather create a dive and add the image as a background image. That would be better.

Improvement : Fix card size, Improve UI and update the card

What is Hacktoberfest
