What?

This issue contains some plans that I will (need help) work(ing) on in the future.

UI related changes

• Overlay when you click an image with information about source, etc, like Google does. Somewhat mentioned in issue #27.
• Anything else that's better than this extremely ugly UI. (Will be handled by @prplwtf and me)
  • No forced image resolutions anymore

QoL related changes

• Support Pinterest links-schemes, as mentioned in issue #13.
• Image lazy-loading.

bloatcat.tk has moved to bloat.cat and I changed the url to bn.bloat.cat

Current output

Only around 20-25 pictures are shown when searching for any query. This happens on both instances (ahwx and revvy). Using the original site, the pictures appear gradually (~20 load, then if the user scrolls, more posts appear).

Steps to reproduce

1. Use any instance (for example pinternet.ahwx.org),
2. Search for any query with moderate interest.

Expected output

Similar behavior to the original site.

So far it's flawless with the one caveat that if I am searching for eg. Terrarium plants. Often many of the hits are links to guides for the best Terrarium plants etc.

In short,
It would be nice to be able to follow the source of the image back to where it came from. Then the app would be both privacy respecting and author/copyright respecting.

Hello, I am a member of Libredirect Extension team. We are trying to support redirections from Pinterest to Binternet but you don't follow the URL schemes.

It would be better if you follow them and also easy for us and users to use your services. So, Many public instances will be up and could see the images privately.

Hello, I was trying to build a Docker image (for an ARM machine), and found out that the latest Dockerfile doesn't build a working image (for both ARM and AMD machines). The error is docker/entrypoint.sh: not found.

Yet, the container on the repo works.
