Procedural Planet Shader

  • Get the planet shader from command working in Goblin.Life to provide scenery in the distance and interesting locales to visit
  • [~] Curve the Goblin.Life render to match the curvature of the planet Not sure if I want this now

Command Remake as a Theia.Life game

  • Theian games use the Goblin.Life servers but allow for custom assets pulled from github, GLHF
  • URLs are https://theia.life/:project_name: which map to a github repo like github.com/agoblinking/goblin-life
  • theia.life/command uses the new Quatnerius space ship assets and the targeting + item interaction system on a Spherical battlefield

Box Bugs

  • Shatter SFX is at box spawn origin not death position
  • box gets destroyed when you jump while carrying it
  • [-] Can't drop items in inventory to become boxes

Oculus Quest compat via Browser

  • Runs Reasonably Well
  • Hook VR controls up to corresponding Valuers
  • Map and Goblin viewpoints. Do we make a new 1st person viewpoint for everyone or are they like puppets?

Spirit Switch Glyph

  • An astral glyph that allows for swapping their Spirit to the astral sprite

Allows for role selection, quick healing to full, etc. Ideally placed in home spawn areas.

Equip Interaction with target

  • Equip interacts with targets based on their relationship tag ๐Ÿ‘ ๐Ÿ‘Ž
  • Equip can be (de)activated
  • Interacts include:
    • Health modification
    • Delivery Variances (Laser, Missile, Chaingun, Plasma), use sprites for bullet hell
    • Active and Passive defenses
  • Equip toggling can activate special moves, like dropping a mine.
  • Use this system for gardening and architecture building in Village

Legends

  • Quest completion logs to Legend
  • Astral Glyph for win conditions set by Legend Sprite and Amount
  • Glory screen with tier rankings and other fun stats on pedestals ideally!

AI Enhancements

  • Quest AI that seeks a specific rope or item
  • Battle AI that uses targeted interactions and relationship tags
  • Creation AI that uses the targeted interactions to garden and build architecture

Avatar Customization

  • Allow recoloring of avatar
  • Persist Avatar Changes as avacard.png that can be dragged onto the browser to load and exchanged between players
  • Allow mixing avatar components by hat, head, skin, top, bottom (skin is for the base model; a Goblin or T-Rex!)
  • Choose your desired voice and instruments for SFX

Gliders

  • Gliders are carts that have water physics to the maximum canopy height and forced minimum momentum while not on the ground.
  • Gliders can be piloted similar to mounts

Targeting System

  • Assign Relationship tags to target (๐Ÿ‘Ž ๐Ÿ‘ )
  • Display target details, name, etc.
  • cycle with new targeting buttons bound to zxc

Bridging Bifrost:====

The game is currently in an unplayable state. Scrolling text saying "Bridging Bifrost:========" is displayed on the screen and when joining a world, this is shown;
unknown

Rope

  • Rope visuals first pass
  • Rope guides Quest AI to other ropes based on their Quest and Rope Sprite
  • Rope can be grabbed and traversed.
  • Carts placed on rope follow it automatically
