That's great to hear @guylhermetabosa! As discussed on #13, it's easier to keep the translations in separate forks. So you can just fork the project, replace README.md with the translated version and ping me here to add a link to it, in the first paragraph.
See #13 and how @aseaday did it, you could do the same.
