Hands on ML Book 1.1 Code Snippet

Hello, I'm currently reading the 3rd edition of your book Hands on ML learning, w/ Scikit, Keras, & TF.

The code in the 3rd version for Exercise/Example 1.1 seems not to work due to the GitHub Repos provided in the book not being accessible anymore.

Also, your Notebooks provided in the updated Repo is invalid now in the README section.

I really like the Book, looking to read more, hope this can be fixed, or is already fixed.
