The precise big O (time (and space) complexities), based on the quad tree specification.

As the used gradle version in the first release is old, adding the gradle scripts would be necessary.

So you can run the application without downloading the old gradle bundle.

An option to switch between the default mode and this mode.

When this is enabled, the capacity field should be disabled.

This mode won't affect the time complexity, need more justifications on advantages and disadvantages of this mode.
