Linking coordinates is off

**Issue Description: ** As shown in description, linking coordinates to https://affectedarc07.github.io/SS13WebMap/TG/DeltaStation/?x=104&y=150&zoom=6 is off and doesn't properly place your view where it's supposed to be.

Oracle pubby is outdated

It was replaced with a cryostorage in: OracleStation/OracleStation#1064 (image included)

Affected cant read titles, apparently.

Every single in-rotation TG map is completely empty.

Issue Description:
Every map from every other server seems to load fine, but when opening up an in-rotation TG map you can only see the space background and nothing else.

Here's a video showing the problem:

(I first open up maps from other codebases to show that they load fine, then I open up all non-working maps from TG to show that they're empty)

Kilo is NOT affected, it loads up fine.

Steps to reproduce:

Go into https://affectedarc07.github.io/SS13WebMap/
Scroll down to the tg section
open up any map except kilo
map gone

Paradise Delta is missing the disposals outlet to space, and some possible items in the SM chamber unless im dumb and it doesnt start with them.

Arc is a weeb, and also has a semi-broken pile of code that cant find some weird and out of the way random shit every now and then.
