Hello! Found a bug, pretty annoying and gamebreaking, but fixable with a server restart. Which is, you know, annoying and such.

Player data, or SOMETHING seems to get messed up when disconnectiong right as they die at the perfect time. The result is an afk 'ghost player' that can't die or be removed without a restart. If the real player logs in, they're able to move around and do things, but seems to interact with permissions weirdly. To reproduce this, simply die at the exact instant you disconnect. It's a very small window of opportunity. This may only occur when you respawn in another world, I couldn't get the bug to occur when respawning in the same world, but again, its a very small window of opportunity.

I don't know how you'd go about fixing it though. Sorry if this isn't enough info :(
