Spells that break NPCs (must be removed):

• All Cloaks: NPCs thinks this is the most damaging spell, so they only use these cloaks until magicka dries out. Doesn't look like it. In my testing mage only briefly recasted cloak and switched back to other spells.
• Summon Arvak: NPCs don't need horse 🙂
• Soul Trap: Too high-tech for NPCs to use.
• No Runes: those guys don't know that runes go onto surfaces and not in player's face 🙂

Spells that NPCs ignore (may leave those in case another mod fixes their problem):

• Thunderbolt fixed
• Wall of Storms fixed
• Ritual spells (Blizzard, Fire/Lightning Storms). They might use it only when faced multiple enemies though
• Whole Illusion is basically pointless

Other notes:

• I think I figured out the cloaks problem. Mages should ever learn one cloak spell, otherwise they'll be stuck recasting every cloak they have.
