Azure function v2 had a breaking change on azure, the bot has been disabled since 30 Aug.

On new deployment I was unable to understand when it failed, logs should specify the error.

On 21-09-2016 Nasa sent a video through the api. Since it's a video form youtube the idea would be to pass it directly to the channel. Also investigate about other media types.

I'm going to acquire a get a new telegram account so I had to close the channel. It will be available as soon as I get the new account.

Node cron package seems to fail on openshift, it would be nice to use an external cron for avoiding this

By now we are just logging the errors, but they should be handled properly.

Files should not be downloaded but sent automatically using streams, but there is a problem with the node-telegra-api documented here: yagop/node-telegram-bot-api#166

I'm not using the node callback style, check it soon.

It should be stated on config that the channel name is preceded by an @

Openshift has changed its behavior and it will not be able for use, so I will have to move away from it
