This project contains only first component - SCORM Player... and what about two 
others - SCORM LMS and Web Services? I'm very interested in web application.

I didn't see a license file in the download, and the website only says 'LGPL'.

Is your intent for this to be LGPL 3.0, LGPL 2.1 or 'LGPL' (which in the 
licenses allows the user to choose which version)?

The particular version affects whether it can be used (typically with 3.0 being 
less accepted by corporate lawyers).

It would be very helpfull to share simple instructions for installing this app 
so that it runs from a web page.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Download current version
2. Extract zip to a folder
3. Run the executable jar file

Instead of running an error popup is displayed which reads...
"Failed to load main class..."

***Celine-scorm version 10/9/11 ran on Windows 7

Other notes:
For help with installation on the web, it is recommended to see 
http://sites.google.com/site/adilsonv77/dissertacao.pdf however this 167 page 
document is in Spanish and cannot be translated by Google. An English version 
would be nice, or simple instructions for installing this app so that it runs 
from a web page.
