Great variety and use of ggplot, I like the shift from more exploratory boxplots to time series.

-Computation
Should some of the NA filtering be done directly in your ggplot? Might be easier for new data science students to follow if you filter that separately before so they can see the process step by step.

I enjoy the insights and questions you share and that you reference the metadata to support your claims.
