Re-enable ci status check on github once ci tests can be executed
Currently ci tests remain pending and aren't running, which blocks PRs being merged from this repo. The circleci status checks have been disabled when proposing a new PR for now. Once the circleci tests can be run for PRs this check should be enabled again.
Pass configuration about the cbs-proxy at initialization

Add endpoint for `/getAccountsList` of the cbs-proxy: (this will be useful for paralleling the login)

Fail more gracefully (give more informative feedback) if incorrect credentials/password given
Use a different Port for the cbs for tests (eg run the cbs on port 4001, and the cbs-proxy 7001)
This is to prevent tests potentially interfering with running systems.
Make tests only depend on the cbs-proxy-client (ie don't interact with the cbs directly in the tests)
Add `/cbs/accountSummary` endpoint from cbs-proxy to cbs-proxy-client
Add endpoint for the CBS-proxy `/subscribeToAccountDetails`

Pass in configuration to cbs-proxy-client on initialization
Add possibility to run these functions as pure functions
'Pure' in this context is actually a misnomer since these functions still have 'side effects' of course, but I just mean that the functions don't require any internal state to operate. In otherwords give the option for all functions to take in as a parameter the url, sessionToken, primaryAccountId etc.
This will in no way impact the currect functionality, it will just add functions that are suffixed with 'Pure' to signal they are the pure equivalent.
Add route for getting balances for all accounts of particular type
Add transfer from/to omnibus functions
Add function to get account Id for the primary account
Return a meaningful message when you dont have enough balance
Make cbs-proxy-client refresh tokens automatically for persistent connections
