I did some research and it seems the issue is how the component computes its height / width.

I have a normal 397 for my vertical-bar but I get a negative value for scatter

Ok it seems that it is a general problem, not only with scatter.

I have tabs (bootstrap tabs) and the graph seems to show itself only if it is in the first tab, otherwise the height and width are 0

Hi yoocos,

Unfortunately, I'm not sure how to reproduce your issue. Could you create a jsbin or provide some example code which reproduces the error you're seeing? From there, we can begin to troubleshoot your specific problem.

Closing because I can't reproduce the issue either. Sometimes sizing problems can be resolved by making sure you're setting an outer container to make space for the chart, like we do in our starter kit (currently http://emberjs.jsbin.com/yufab/1/edit). It's also possible that this is related to the resize_handler mixin being included improperly, as mentioned in #21.

Please feel free to reopen the issue if you're stll having this problem and can give us some guidance on how to reproduce it!
