Difference between VERSION and version on npmjs.com? about ember-charts HOT 2 CLOSED

I am so sorry for your trouble. Addepar does indeed plan to publish a new release of Ember-Charts to the npm repository on https://www.npmjs.com , and I have a work item in our internal bug database for me to do so.

To date, we have been waiting for the following major improvements:

• #169 - refactoring and new features for time series charts
• #171 - addition of stacked bar charts, plus the #167 fix that you noted for unstacked vertical bar charts

Our own application uses (the moral equivalent of) the master HEAD commit for Ember-Charts, and a new version of that application that includes the above 2 improvements is scheduled to go to production later this month (October 2016).

Once that happens, and if and when we find that no new bugs were introduced in Ember-Charts that affect our app, I hope to publish a new version of Ember-Charts to the npm repo. While I cannot make any guarantees, if by the end of the month Ember-Charts still has not been updated in the npm repo, please ping this bug again.

Until the new version of Ember-Charts is published to npm, you can reference the master HEAD commit of Ember-Charts directly in your npm package.json. I understand that isn't what you want, but it is the best workaround I can offer at the moment.
