The localgrowth package provides functions to calculate z-scores and centile values for measurements of height, weight, and BMI based on both widely used growth standards and references (CDC, WHO) and references from other populations (Tsimane, Shuar). The included LMS files are for calculating height-for-age, weight-for-age, BMI-for-age, and weight-for-height z-scores.

I'm trying to run the growthRef function and getting full NA matrices as output. This happens even when I just load your package and run the example code in the ReadMe. Going in further I noticed that running get0("Tsimane.Height") returns NULL, even after loading everything. Is this an issue my end or has a bug been introduced? Thanks!
