Install the RightScale right_st tool
Configure right_st using these instructions
From the root of this repo, run right_st st upload Kubernetes.yml

MultiCloud Image for Ubuntu 15.10 Wily

Clone the MCI from https://www.rightscale.com/library/multi_cloud_images/Ubuntu_14-04_x64/lineage/53873
Rename the MCI to Ubuntu Wily RL10
If you're planning to use GCE, replace the MCI's GCE image with the latest variation of ubuntu-1510-wily-v20160405
If you're planning to use AWS, replace the MCI's AWS image(s) in the regions you use with the latest variation of ubuntu/images/hvm/ubuntu-wily-15.10-amd64-server-20160315

Self-Service CAT

Locate the mapping "map_cloud" section near the top of kubernetes.cat and customize for your preferences.
IMPORTANT: the account_id field must be filled in for any cloud you intend to use with this CAT. To locate these values, navigate to Settings -> Account Settings -> Clouds from within RightScale. For AWS, use the value shown for Cloud Account Number, and for Google, use the Project value.
Upload and Publish the CAT in Self-Service
Instructions for using the CAT will be shown when pressing the Details button from the CloudApp's preview on the Catalog screen, or can be viewed at the top of kubernetes.cat.rb
