There is an enroll modal which will open when user click on enroll button on course's price > 0

We need to add many feature to this enroll modal, but not fit to be in modal anymore.
So the modal should become "Enroll Page" instead.

While admin open payment dashboard, when system received new payment, admin should know w/o refresh page.

Admin can view all user data include data from firebase authentication and our database.
There are many users in the system, so it should be able to "pagination."

Currently some user that sign in using facebook don't have email in firebase authentication.
System should ask user to input their email and save to firebase authentication.

In course detail page should have buttons to share to social media (ex. facebook, google+, twitter)

Currently course description is HTML, We'll change it to Markdown and editor should be WYSIWYG

We should move helper functions from pkg/acourse out
because pkg/acourse was generated from protocol buffer.

Currently enroll dialog is hard code HTML.
