A blank page is shown when you click the "Become a Hacker" button on Safari. I have an AdBlocker, but other than that I'm pretty sure it's a bug.

Cookies are specified across all sites through the SameSite Attribute.

The website needs to have its favicon updated form the default HackPortal favicon to the one for the HackUTD VIII event.

Proposal

Use this icon generator to generate favicons for the website. There should be icons generated for all platforms, including web, Android, iOS.

If possible, use the HackUTD SVG icons as the site icons.

The index page is missing a few assets from the jumbotron's background.

Expected Behavior

The website should render all the images from the mockups.

Actual Behavior

The site doesn't display the logo or any of the photos in the jumbotron.

The only error message in the console is:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

The styles/global.css file is likely the culprit here.
