Add 3 exercises to Week 1 CSS textbook

Change the default Nextra Readme and write something descriptive explaining what hack school is, along with the link to the website

Include headings above the information captions so users can find info they need (ex: About Us, Hack School, ACM Projects)

Look into configuring nextra theme to only show search bar for hack school page

Add 3 exercises to Week 1 HTML textbook

On the hack school page, get rid of the content on the left margin and instead place a drop-down under the hack school tab

Section on frontpage which lists current and past ACM Hack workshops/events

• Events section header text
• Create event card with date, event title, room, time
• Map event cards into dashboard (pull data from portal api)

1. Add more visuals after CSS code blocks

Bug: Upcoming events currently do not show up in the events section on the homepage

Initially fixed in this branch but it’s showing hack school 4 in upcoming events for some reason now

• Decrease mobile view font size
• Adjust margins/spacing/positioning to make the view look less squished

• Center hero section
• Change typing animation to only type out ACM Hack
  • Possibly look into Framer to do the animation
• For the large text section, use flipping text animation for the words "build", "break", and "innovate"

Remove underline text decoration for the styling

Section on frontpage to display ACM Hack team members

• Create team card with name, picture
• Map team cards with info (prob add pictures in assets folder)

Maybe later on we should have a popup when we click on each team card where we can have a blurb and fun facts about ourselves :)

• Header would be for the Hack School year with the events from that year under it

Add 3 exercises to Week 2 Javascript textbook

Clarify JS section regarding more complex topics like asyc/await, promises, etc.

• Add header for event archive
• Create dropdown menu to sort through past workshop series
  • Ex. Hack School 2023, Hack School 2022, etc
• Populate page with event cards with past workshop data

Instead of the no events text, add an image when there are no upcoming events

Add a favicon to show on tabs instead of the default icon

• Break into more paragraphs
• In mobile mode make it left aligned

Nest "Developer Tools" and "Git/Github" pages under a "What You Need to Know Before Hack School” tab for the hack school page

Nextra styling should only apply to the Hack School page

• Using Mongoose (creating schemas and using in API routes)

• Make event cards smaller so they're more proportional for the website
• Adjust the margins accordingly
• Similar to the ACM main website's cards

• If we mess around with the config of meta.json, we can reconfigure how the frontpage and navbar are structured
• I think the navbar should have:
  • About (with board member bios and whatnot)
  • Past Workshops
  • Hack School
  • and anything else Hack thinks should be on the navbar
