The given solution is presented in format subject-object-predicate while the entry fields are in format s-p-o.
Same order would make it easier to check for mistakes.

Instead of:

1. Entity 1
2. Entity 2
3. Relation type

Rather:

1. Entity 1
2. Relation type
3. Entity 2

In this order, the fields make more sense when you read them from left to right.

At the moment, the form in the training view has the same structure as the actual annotation view and therefore contains a "Save" button ("Speichern"). However, in this view, the submitted data is not saved as the view is solely considered as a playing ground.
A "Next" button ("Weiter") instead of "Save" would reflect this much better.

Smaller package size (10 - 20) could lead to more frequent feelings of achievement among the annotators. Also add funny gifs at the end of each run.

Add a button to get back to the last annotation to modify it. The browser's back function gets you back to the Werkbank View.

By highlighting recognized entities (e.g. colored background) in the sentence it would be much easier to visually grep relations, especially in long or complex sentences.

Add a button on the finishing screen which leads to the annotation of another package.

Paragraphs are rather wide at the moment. Limiting their width to 60 – 90 characters (or an appropriate amount of Bootstrap columns) would reduce the mental overload induced by simply reading the sentences.
