crash when accesing options about open3mod HOT 1 CLOSED

I have the same problem, although the exception is slightly different.
I also am running Open3Mod v1.1, standalone zip under Windows 7 (sp1) x64
This particular exception happened when I clicked on the "Options" gear before loading any model.
A similar exceptions happens whenever I click on the options gear, whether or not a model is loaded.
