Redirect Failure upon Return to Landing Page

On Laura's page only, the activity score is not rounded to two decimal places.
Rework functions tied to database update
- Upon user creation, we should redirect when cookie is created instead of after function has run
- Add loading bar to Activity Score, only display stats when Activity has been updated
Friend Rank also takes into account pending requests
Animate friend request/accept
Currently requesting and accepting friends has now indication of whether or not your click does anything. I think this should be animated in some way.
