Unable to use with mod Brave New World, appears: "Error: Qingbai Wares replaces National Treasury which does not exist!"

1. When playing as Gaia Preserver and The Kobolds, automating Worker may potentially puts Worker in a loop of swapping between improvements on the same tile.
   Solution: You need to uncheck Automated worker replace improvement in Gameplay option.

2. Battle preview involving Troll Headhunter (and its upgraded version) can be misleading because the chance of it's being true is 50%

3. When playing as Basalt Remainers, automated Workers will replace City ruins with other improvement
   Solution: Don't automate Workers when playing as Basalt Remainers

I was trying to build a floating city with a fishing boat, but there was no option to do so. This was after discovering optics. Restarted the game and tried again, just to be sure, still didn't work.
Mod Error Report states that the option was removed, but replaced with the same option but consumes unit. Neither option was available for me.
Thoughts on a remedy? Perhaps I should rollback Gods & Kings or AbsoluteUnits?
