There's a logical error for case 3

repeating elements when chunk size of shape[0] is < shape[1]...

While Testing the product of matrix, The elements of the array are not completely being returned as output, instead, some values are being repeated. The arrange logic is erroronous for large number of elements.
Requires Testing.

Make the Ndarray on top of Array prototype for easy operations, just like numpy.

Some of the methods don't use typed arrays completely, thus are not optimal, use typed arrays

The max and min functions don't arrange the arrays in the suitable output shape at the moment and simply return the 1d array of the resultants.

for matrix multiplication 1d arrays with shape 1 must be marked as 1d matrix to make the matrix product

Axis Ops Method is required for max,min,choose and other core functions for faster processing.
Implement it asap
