eclipsegraphviz's Issues

allow toggling auto-sync on/off

The EclipseGraphviz view automatically reacts to part activation/resource changes. Make that optional, to enable cases where the contents are not being loaded from the currently selected file/editor.

Code sign eclipsegraphivz bundles

Please sign the released eclipsegrapviz bundles. The rational is, that if unsigned bundles are included in an RCP, p2 shows the dreaded unsigned content warning upon upgrade.

If you confirm that you have access to a code signing certificate, I can create a PR with signing support for the tycho/maven build.

Shorten dot input in case of TimeOutException

When the dot process (com.abstratt.graphviz.GraphViz.runDot(String...)) runs into a TimeOutException due to an excessive size of the dot input, the full input is attached to the IStatus (com.abstratt.graphviz.GraphViz.logInput(ByteArrayOutputStream)) and subsequently printed to the console (com.abstratt.imageviewer.AbstractGraphicalContentProvider.ContentLoader.run(IProgressMonitor)).

Instead, in case of a TimeOutException only attach an excerpt of the dot input to IStatus. The root cause for the TimeOutException is likely to be caused by the excessive size of the dot input.

Graphviz location isn’t remembered

I have dot at /usr/local/bin/dot. I have to set this in Preferences/Graphviz every time I start Eclipse.

Add zooming

Assuming the rendered graph is large, zooming in/out would be a nice addition.
