REPORT can be used instead of a large set of GET requests in order to fetch an arbitrary number of bookmarks and the contents thereof.

Bookmarks now (possibly) have more than one child node; the current code asserts that there is only one child node and that it is the title.

Current known nodes:

1. title (contains title as text)
2. metadata (contains a base64 of something that looks like a binary plist: further investigation required, but clearly contains preview text, date last viewed+added+fetched.)
