As the title describe it, not matter what chestplate or enchant you put on it, when crafted with the elytra all enchantment disappears.

This is very embarrassing :)

When a player uses the command /recipe give @p * the player also receives one of every type of armored elytra. This is due to the fact that the crafting recipe for armored elytra is tied to hidden recipes.

1. Forging:

• Item output display, does not use the added texture pack, instead, it displays a knowledge book named "knowledge book", whether the TP is server-requested or pre-installed.
• It gets rid of all pre-existing enchantments, both elytra's and chestplate's.

2. Enchanting:

• Once forged, one would assume you could enchant the netherite elytra (for this example), but even with Essentials, it's impossible to force enchant with Protection, getting "Error: Enchantment PROTECTION_ENVIRONMENTAL: Specified enchantment cannot be applied to this itemstack". Same happens Thorns.
• Using books on anvil, or native minecraft enchant command, won't work either.

Users would expect netherite elytra to inherit the inflammable properties from netherite armor. However, this is currently not the case.

Change the recipe for the armored elytra to work in the smithing table to give it a bit more purpose
