This issue is primarily for my documentation on how to address this problem.
My understanding is that going for 6-DoF pose estimation might not be essential for robotic grasping. Instead, I need to detect the boxes and then detect the optimal plane for a suction-based gripper to grab the box. So the problem boils down to detecting the boxes and estimating the 6-DoF poses a plane of random dimension.
