I don't think this is a priority anymore, with #4 being fixed. We now stream the data straight to S3 so don't need local storage in serratus-dl. We'll reopen this if we encounter problems with that.

Guessing this was re-opened by accident. We still aren't really using the local storage and we're still CPU bound on serratus-dl, so I don't think instances with NVMe's will help.
