Create a new organization for the smart traffic project to include a repo for each of the following components:

1. Road Network Builder
2. Traffic Simulator
3. Traffic control API
4. Traffic Visualization Tool
5. Traffic controller AI agent

build these repos such that they could integrate, yet they are independent

Road segments are currently having arbitrary angle, we need to find a better way to draw the arc to show continuation from the previous road segment to the next one

As static page, it is not easy to load sprite textures from assets folder
find a way to load such images without loading it from URL

Find a way to render traffic light given its configuration, location, and current light state

Add common header and footer pages and include them in all pages

Build a separate tool to:
1- design roads
2- renders roads

Add color to segments connecting anchor points based on traffic
