add group registration to be able to create arbitrary groups to be used with utilities

I built stack registration quickly and failed to recognize that I should just shift the store mechanism and use a hash to retrieve instead of expensively looping through to collect the stack.

add ability to configure choices for args and have it reflected in the help docs

something like, register_class should register a class and all its functions as an individual cli instance this can enable building multiple cli instances in a single script

• meta_handler/ this should collect general meta info about the class, sufficient for building a cli instance.
• cli_handler/ this should consume the class meta info to init a special cli instance per registered class

correct short name in help doc generation for cases where a symbol (non-character) is present

Add help parsing for functions in type annotations

add bench arg to cli init this should turn stack benchmarking on. The implication is that you would be able to get some benchmarking output for functions run in the cli alongside the function run

arg parse will be the first and only engine at first with rich to come in a future version

Clean up tests as code coverage needed addressed anyways
