Possibly move Sentance and Dom class definitions into their own files? Thoughts?

At the moment, Paul will crash if you call him in any way other than ./bin/paul [args]. This is because it is trying to open a relative file path when logging. The rest, as far as I could see, works fine. This limitation needs to be address, especially if he has any attempt of becoming a utility, e.g. just calling paul [args] because he is in the PATH variable already. Also, further testing of the rest of Paul will need to be conducted after the fixing of this bug.
