Add the template html and css files for the static UI

When using the sidebar to add chemical equation, it is fine as long as we are adding one symbol button but it stops responding if we try to add another symbol button.

Add the button functionality with all the symbols in the sidebar, such that on clicking them the required text is entered into the workspace cell in focus.
