A theme for Firefox meant to emulate qutebrowser and integrate with the i3 window manager.

Install & configuration instructions

Before installing the theme:

  • Install the Tridactyl firefox extension

  • in about:config set browser.compactmode.show to true

  • Go in the "Customize" section of firefox and set "Density" to "Compact", and remove the new tab button

  • Enable userChrome.css in about:config

To install the theme:

  1. Go to about:support in Firefox.

  2. Application Basics > Profile Directory > Open Directory.

  3. Open directory in a terminal.

  4. Create a chrome directory if it doesn't exist:

mkdir -p chrome
cd chrome
  1. Copy the userChrome.css file from this repository to that folder

For best results, install the Jetbrains Mono font

Problems with new photon update

Assalaamu Alaikum.
I really like this theme (y). However, now with the new UI update of Firefox, this no longer seems usable.
I would be kind of you to make the necessary changes.

some questions

Thanks making great project :)
i have some questions

q1:i wanna show overflow addon icons Because there is an addon by click operation.
q2:Also, is it possible to always display the search bar and overflow that is displayed when :newtab is used?

empty bar at top with "New container" icon

I'm using Firefox 95. After following the installation instructions, I still have a mostly empty bar at the top of the window contains a "plus" icon related to the container feature.

I tried the "Customize Toolbars..." option, but that feature doesn't seem to open now.
