An open source version of the Luup library found in Vera.

The developement of the Vera software and hardware slowly came to a standstill. Regardless it is a great setup and well supported. There is a need for it to continue, hence this open source replacement. There are also plenty of Vera controllers in existance that can still be made good use of as well.
