Clean Readme file by removing unwanted text

Right now there is a text in Readme at the top which is not usefull, Text is below

Add "Fork us" button to home webpage

Right now gh-pages branch has the web documentation of scikit-api. It's better if we can add a "Fork Us" button at the top of the web page as most of the documentation websites do these days.

That button will redirect the user to a new tab with this repository on github

Integrate scikit recommender API with recommender web application

Divide two servers into two docker containers

As of now we are successfully starting two servers (Python server on port 5000 & node server on port 8080) when docker run executed.

As we go ahead, we can separate these two servers into two docker containers (two docker hub repositories as well).

What are your suggestions on this @tharaka7nw & @samudrak ??
