Bug Description

Alchemist doesn't keep it's placeholders registered.

Steps to reproduce

Start your server with PlaceholderAPI
Add %alchemist_rankDisplay% to your scoreboard (or really anything else, you can even test this with placeholderapis built in tool)
Wait about 2-3 minutes
The placeholder should no longer be registered, and will display %alchemist_rankDisplay%

• I was able to reproduce my issue on a freshly setup and up-to-date server with the latest version of Alchemist with no other plugins and with no kinds of other server or client mods.

Describe the feature

The goal of this feature would be for external plugins to get a player's rank prefix. I would recommend adding their rank id, color and other things just for ease.

I hope alchemist can implement random teleport feature, and importing ranks from other rank cores.

Some people like myself already use another rank core like aquacore so it would be great for my players if I can just import ranks. TYSM BEST FREE RANK CORE

with a colored tablist per rank for example HELPER nickname colored in the tablist as green

It would be a nice feature to have to ability to disable certain things.

One of the nice things about aquacore is you can config pretty much everything.

It would be nice for stuff like friends, parties to be modular.

Make the possibility to use all features without the dependency of rank module, because staff server switch and 2fa don't work with this module disabled.

This server is running CraftBukkit version git-Spigot-21fe707-741a1bd (MC: 1.8.8) (Implementing API version 1.8.8-R0.1-SNAPSHOT)

Bug Description

When using /ban it doesn't disconnect the victim after the use of the command. The Victim can log out but cannot rejoin since they are banned.

Steps to reproduce

get two accounts
ban the one account with the other
/ban (user) (reason)

(This shows on the banned user's screen)
