Saving a totally empty file fails if DrWhitespace is active (with "strip trailing whitespace..." and "delete empty lines at the end" both enabled).

There was an error saving /Users/pgiarrusso/AeroFS/Repos/handin-config-bluevelvet/info1-teaching-material/exercises/04-hw.rkt.

I believe that last-non-empty-paragraph returns #f (thanks to for*/first) and delete-empty-trailing-lines doesn't account for that and passes the result directly to <. I haven't studied last-non-empty-paragraph in detail, but a fix according to this theory appears to work, so I'm sending a PR.
