Thanks for the script it is really usefull.
I have problem with new version of AE. When I RUN SCRIPT nothing is happen just ExtendScript Toolkit is running. Do you know why? In AE2014 script is reading only SRT files.

First of all thanks for this awesome tool!

My problem is that the timming of the subtitles on an srt aren't exactly respected. some subtitles start where they should, some start some frames later, etc.

I'm using AE 2015.3

When I run the script, it opens the Toolkit and gives me the following error.
ReferenceError: Function line.replace is undefined
ReferenceError: Function line.replace is undefined
ReferenceError: Function line.replace is undefined

I am on AE 2019.

Do you know why is happening. Please let me know, I am willing to pay money for a working script.

It would be great if you can update this script to run properly in last AE version. I can't use it at home (AE 2017), only in work (AE 2014)

thank for this script
this script not work for persian or arabic Language. because script use layer marker and source property in text layer follow layer marker. this is very good for en or non-Middle East language. if you make one checkbox (or something like that) for Middle East language which when on, script no use layer marker and each line in srt subtitle make keyframe in source property directly, then this script must be work for any language.
