Keep track of connected clients
Need a way to track who's connected to the server, so they can be sent messages.
Implement receiving messages
Need a way to receive messages from secondbit/peter so they can be pushed to the client.
Raise holy hell if peter appears to be malfunctioning
Need a way to raise holy hell if secondbit/peter appears to not be functioning as it should. This can be done by checking if it's the only node in the cluster, by checking how long it has been since it last received a heartbeat, whatever it needs. If peter stops giving tinkerbell messages, we need to know about it.
Implement pushing messages
Need a way to push a message to a (possibly) connected client.
Create request handler/upgrader
Need a way to accept the HTTP request, validate the credentials, and upgrade them to websocket connections. I recommend using the go.net/websockets package.
Tie in GCM
Need a way to send push notifications through Google Cloud Messaging.
