I'm dropping support for that plugin to focus on more important ones. I'm sure there is a better alternative.
A simple plugin letting your players chat in their game console.
Download the newest release and put it in your Plugins folder. (You need EXILED)
The only permission is ctc.mute and it's for muting and unmuting players.
