windows install_and_uninstall
客户端安装程序（ZC_install）和卸载程序（uninst）
编译说明：
1、VS2013编译器。
(下面两步是对程序静态编译成release的支持步骤)
2、“glutdlls37beta” 文件夹和“openssl_static_1” 文件夹放在“E:\QT_X64”目录下。QT库用编译生成的静态、release库。
3、压缩可执行文件的工具PECompact安装在“C:\ProgramData\PECompact”，生成exe文件之后用它来压缩。
