DESCRIPTION

Many arguments used in function, are only scoped till function level, Hence they cannot be modified while running the script.
Function argument such as required_observation should be passed through command line while running script

List of new arguments that should be created and passed within command line :

• required_observarion: if an interger is passed then select that many samples, else provide all questions
• open_response: To open csv file to check response after submitting quiz
• keyword_starting_with: This will only give us words starting with a specific alphabet
