Unable to use Logging property wrapper in a class object

Attempting to utilize the Cache framework for the Logging abilities. Within a View it works without issue however within a class it gives me an error as shown below.

Property wrapper cannot be applied to a computed property

Note - I am running Xcode Version 15.0 beta 4 (15A5195m)
