Access MongoDb as TSDB about zebra HOT 4 CLOSED

@fernandozangari good suggestions and comments. MongoDB was just an example of an use case for Zebra - we would need more contributor(s) to join to tackle to add new features such as supporting/converting to TSDB format. We are in discussion with ZOWE API ML team perhaps their new metrics function can help achieve this goal. Would you be able to join our call?
